Here are the terms and conditions of D.S. Gifting.

1.Product

Products are displayed with the best images to our knowledge under different category headings. Any products can be removed from the website at any time by ds gifting with or without prior notice. D.S. Gifting have right to change Price, description and size of product from time to time.

 

Weight, Size, Colour, taste etc mentioned in any product description might be different from the product shown on the website.

 

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollar and don't include any hidden charge. Shipping charge might be applicable in some products. We try our best to give you the best price in our service and products.

 

We do not guarantee any price matching for any products sold and, in any services, provided.

 

3. Products and Service Unavailability

As you know some products might be out of stock in a particular time frame in which order has already been placed by you. We will reach out for you from different means (call, SMS, Email, Viber or Facebook) to find the best alternative products or will do a full refund.

 

In case any Car, Bike or Scooter as per your particular request is not available, we will try our best to find best alternative solutions for you.



4. Product or Service Delivery

D.S. Gifting is providing delivery service to all over Nepal. Inside the Kathmandu valley we will be providing door to door delivery service or any special location as requested by customers. In big cities outside the Kathmandu valley, we will try to do door to door delivery but in case if it is not possible to do door to door delivery, we will use our courier partner to deliver the product to your nearest courier office. In that case your recipients will have to pick up your order from the courier office or any selected stores. Both sender and recipients will be updated about the product delivery.

 

5.Delivery Time

In case of any special delivery that needs to be made on that specific date, the order must be placed between 6 am to 9 pm (as per Nepali time) before the delivery date. Certain products might be available for delivery in a short period of purchase. Specific delivery date is not guaranteed for outside Kathmandu valley. To make delivery easy and efficient, senders have to provide a full address along with an active phone number of recipients.

 

Delivery is attempted only once.  The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. We will try to deliver products in your given time but in some cases, it is not possible. So, it will be delivered +/-1 hour of given time.

 

For our rental Services of vehicle, we will be providing at your doorstep or as per your requested location inside the Kathmandu valley.

 

6.Delivery Exception

Our ds gifting team will deliver your order soon in your address but in some case our team will not reach out there in time because of political strike, natural disasters, bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we are sorry for your inconvenience and delivery will be made once it is safe to do so. D.S. The Gifting team will reach out for you from different means (call, SMS, Email, Viber or Facebook) to update about late delivery please check regularly about recent updates. If you didn’t get your product delivered, simply contact our team or write email us at dsgifting@gmail.com

 

7.Delivery Recipients

Delivery is made according to the details which is provided by the sender. It is necessary to give us correct contact number, recipients name and delivery address. If the given details are incorrect and product is delivered at wrong address ds gifting is not responsible in these cases. So, ensure the correct details and provide us alternative contact details.

 

8.Delivery fees

Most of the products we are providing is free of delivery charge. But in some products, there will be extra delivery charge because of distance, weight, volume and cargo charge.

 

9.Refund and Cancelation

Refund will be not be applicable for all the products. Consumable items, flower and liquor will not be applicable for refund. In some case you placed your order, but it has not been prepared or ready for delivery and if you inform in the meantime, it might be considered for refund. In case if you have placed your order twice by mistake full refund will be provided once our team is pre informed about the scenario. For wearable goods 10 days exchange policy will apply if it is returned in original box or condition.

In the following circumstance we will not be liable for refund: -

  • Wrong Address.
  • Recipients not accepting your delivery.
  • Property locked
  • If there is no one available at the property to receive order.

 

No cash refund will be provided. Only bank transaction will be applicable for refund, as per Bank policies.

Cancelation of any products after the order has been placed will be liable for certain percent of charge as per bank policies.

 

10.Payment Method

While purchasing the product payment can be made through different method. We will be accepting Visa Card, Mastercard, PayPal and Australian Bank transaction. For any transaction auto confirmation mail is generated and send for confirmation.

 

11.For Vehicle Rental Service

For the rental service of Car, Bike and Scooter you will required to sign terms and condition letter while receiving the vehicle. You will be liable for all the terms mentioned on the contract paper. You need to provide Id card such as Visa Copy, Passport, Citizenship etc. while receiving the vehicle.
